I tried disconnecting from MyFitnessPal and removing MFP permissions from FitBit and nothing is working, I've been trying for 10 minutes now. Glad I found this thread, it was driving me crazy!

Usually, two eggs with onions/asparagus/peppers/leeks/whatever veggie I have handy mixed in and either 2 slices of bacon or 3 turkey sausage links. Lately I've been on a cereal kick -- so I'm having Kashi Go Lean Cinnamon Crumble 3/4 cup (51g) and 3/4 cup of skim milk.

I say if you want to lie in bed and cry, do it. If you want to have some junk food, do it -- but do it for one day. Tomorrow, go to the gym and punch the stuffing out of that punching bag. In seriousness, now is the time to work on /you/. The pain will pass, I promise. Just take it one step at a time.

It may sound weird, but I eat breakfast every day but Sunday. I'm just never hungry on Sundays usually until about 1pm or 2pm. Every other day I have to eat or I'm gnawing my arm off by 10am.

This right here. You'd be surprised how easily I can go over by 1000mg of sodium daily without ever adding salt (which I don't ever do). If you're consistently going over sodium, drink lots and lots of water!

What I usually do if I know this is going to happen is eat something beforehand - a small snack, protein bar, etc. That way I know I'll be less likely to overindulge

Personally, I don't like meal replacements. I recently purchased GNC Total Lean 25 and got a nifty blender bottle. I drink the shake and I'm hungry again within 2 hours. I mindlessly open my app, even if I'm not eating everything, then look confused and go "wait why did I open this again?" I then do this 4 or 5 more times throughout the day.

I never have set meal plans. Either I'll be dragged to other places, or I'll be working late and my food will be at home, or something will go bad at some point... I have the worst luck. I just track as I go.

Cadbury Mini Eggs (not the creme eggs). I get the small snack size individual bags -- otherwise I'll eat the entire standard bag.
