I don't think you should be worried as your weight can fluctuate 2-5ish lbs a day, but if you're concerned, keep track of your weight, since you might be eating too much since your phenomenal weight loss/need to change your macros.

I want to try Quest bars but my local Kroger, Meijer, and Walmart just don't stock them. Right now I have the occasional Luna bar.

If you're just trying to lose weight and not gain any muscle -- then sure. Although I couldn't imagine stuffing myself with (my) daily intake of 1630 in one meal. I think the most I've ever eaten in one meal is 900. :drinker:

My current history is inaccurate. I was at 1400 calories for a long time, then 1450 and now at my current 1600ish. I'm just really concerned that if I start exercising/doing weights that I won't be eating enough at 1600. But if I can eat 1900 and still be okay, even with exercising, it makes me feel a lot better. I tend to wing whenever I run. :embarassed: That's more than likely my problem, combined with everything everyone has said. I have dinner/lunch then 20 minutes later decide to go for a run. I think I'll start pre-planning when to run. No wonder there's so many 6am morning runners in my neighborhood. Thank you everyone!!

This is completely new for me. I usually walk 1-2 miles per day and just recently I started jogging about 10 minutes in, then I get hit with this unbearable OUCH on my side and I have to stop.
