I know this is late. I could give good support is you need it. Naija food is hard to count, calorie wise, but I've come a long way in making my own food and counting calories.

Same goal here except that I'm an inch taller (5"10 @ 170). I hope to go down 20lbs by July 13 for an event. think it's do-able. Let's see how this goes.
