I am new to fitpal and I need Nigerian friends on here who understand our food types, society etc and who needs a support buddy.... I am open to anyone..... xoxo

    I know this is late. I could give good support is you need it. Naija food is hard to count, calorie wise, but I've come a long way in making my own food and counting calories.

    So sorry I can't help you on this. Actually looking for a motivator in aiding my healthy lifestyle/weight loss journey as it can be boring and lonely at times.
