On days you work out a lot no, but any other day I would say for weight loss it's too much. That's my opinion anyways but everyone is different! Do what works for you

I made small changes but that didn't really do anything, so I switched to a vegan diet and got a gym membership and I love this lifestyle so much more.

My heart rate monitor and watch that connects to it has me put in my weight and height and max/min heart rate so it calculates calories based on me not just an average person

type in "strength training" when you record exercises on mfp and it will calculate calories for you!
