2700 sounds like your TDEE, not your BMR. Being under medical supervision is a good idea. I would try not to go below 2000 with your weight, but your doctor likely knows best in this case. Good luck :)

Up 2.6 lbs from the beginning of the week. I overate a ton, but even still, I imagine no more than 1lb of that is real weight. Lots of water today :)

I agree. I try not to get huffy about it, but after dealing with tons of binges, it has little to do with the actual amount of food. Just the eating for the sake of eating and not enjoying or having the control to stop it.

Maintained my weight at 144 this week. Pretty okay with that, as tracking and even my workouts suffered for a number of reasons. So close to the 5lbs for the month, so this is the time to bring it back in :)

I'm not sure what advice I can really give, but I told my doctor that my heart rate averages about 180 when I'm doing rigorous exercise, sometimes up to 200 if I'm really pushing. The doctor was surprised, but said to keep an eye on it. It's been like that for years for me though.

I've certainly been there. It's tough, even now. People look at me funny when I ask "Is this squat rack free?" The more time I spend there, the less I seem to notice people even taking a second glance. Good luck!

I've had this happen for a while. Went a year with no period for no reason at all. Doctor said it wasn't a concern and it can just 'happen' for a number of reasons. I was never worried enough to really test it out, and enjoyed that year of freedom!
