Yes, I have the top of my foot resting. It seems like the resting leg is getting the deep stretch and I squeeze my glutes. So I guess that's all I am working. yeah NO pecan pie. I had a 140 cal fiber one oat and chocolate chip bar. I dress more conservative now than I did growing up. I was never comfortable showing skin even as a teen. Even if I get an awesome body like Beeps and Sam :wink: , it will only be for my hubby's viewing.

I did NROL4W last year. I did not see a difference at all. I am doing it again now THE RIGHT WAY. Are you engaging muscles? are you squeezing/tightening the working muscle? Take the time and feel the movement. Don't just go through the motions . Place thought and work those muscles. That's what I am doing this time around.…

Sue, I can eat regular dairy but adding milk with the whey protein makes me nauseated and bloated. I guess too much at one time is TOO much. What's caesin protein? I've got Doms too! My glutes are aching.
