Great job! I think I'm on day 6...maybe 7. I looked at just your pictures first and noticed a difference on day 4, then on day 5 a bigger difference. Then on day 8 a real big difference. I went back and read it and seen on day six, your measurements. You can definitely tell. Keep up the great work!

You do each level for 10 days. If you need longer than 10 days, then take the time you need. I'm fixing to restart it. I lost my way during level 2. Just going to start back over.

I'm 5'2" and like myself at 125. My goal is 130 right now. I'll be happy at that. I got down to 118 once and I looked sickly. Did not like it at all. Everyone is built different though.
