  • I got rhabdomyolysis. I am prone to it. I made the mistake of doing Jillian twice within a 24 hour period and playing soccer. That exerted me too much and I had an acute case of rhabdo.
  • A little off topic, but tell her to do the 30 day shred and give up carbs (like rice) for dinner and if she must eat bread, make it Sara Lee's 45 cal brown bread. This should speed up her weight loss like crazy. I'm 5'2, on day 10 and have already dropped 4 lbs and my abs are already looking good.
  • What sort of exercises did you do?
  • 5'2ish. Goal weight: 115 lbs. Ideal weight for me would be anywhere from 110-118 depending on how compact my muscles are. I like to be a little curvy and want to retain my chest so that's my personal preference. I feel that anything above 120 puts me in the slightly chunky category. --I'm around 133ish right now.
  • 1) have a staple intense workout video you can do at your hotel -- for example, Jillian's Banish Fat, Boost Metab is known for great weight loss results. 2) eat one meal in like breakfast or dinner - protein powders/shakes, oatmeal packs, eggs 3) when out, portion control, and lay off breads and pasta

I do however, love tea (cream and sugar added) and love my generous helpings of basmati rice. Trying to cut those out and replace with healthier options.…
