I can try that....I sure wouldn't want to hit that "lockdown" calorie ceiling early....if I were to hit it at say 1:00, I would be starving way before I went to bed! I thought you weren't supposed to "go hungry" either.....eat when hungry, until start to feel satisfied, not stuffed, and don't eat if not hungry!

Well this is a super smart thing to do! I did this at dinner time and it worked out well....except all I could eat was a meapiece of fatty steak cooked in butter....everything else was already eaten...hahaha!

Well, it's been nearly 2 months so nice I started this woe........and still only minimal changes....ah well...it's very disappointing and discouraging.....but I'm not giving up.....and this week I've been extra hungry, instead of having a decreased appetite, so that's a bummer :(

I did my measurements and I lost a whole inch off my chest (under my breasts) so I believe it was some back fat! I also lost 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch here and there in various other places i.e. thighs, upper arms.....but my belly was 1/2 inch bigger...bloat? Not sure, but not letting it get me down!

I wouldn't be disappointed losing 4 pounds in 2 weeks. I haven't lost 4 pounds in 6 weeks! I have lost like 2 pounds total. I didn't even have the initial water loss like most people. But, I do have some NSV in that I am losing inches (well, more like 1/4 & 1/2 inches) and I feel better!
