  • I can't figure out how to upload pics on here, but I have a 7 weeks in pic of me that makes me feel and stay motivated! I am training for my first bikini comp, and super excited! Still have a ways to go!

  • Yep, I have to.. in terms of, that's part of prepping for a fitness comp.
  • I have to drink a gallon to a gallon and a half a day.. it's not always easy, so I carry one of those annoying gallon water jugs with me everywhere everyday. It helps me keep track of how much I have had and how much I need to finish before the day is over. Not the most exciting thing, but I found it helpful for me.
  • I love vanilla almond milk in mine, or even a few drops of vanilla extract! I drink coffee literally every single day! And since now prepping for my first bikini comp I thought I was going to have to give it up! So glad I found ways to make it work! :)

  • Yes! Chicken breast with salsa! AMAZING! Also, not sure if you have ever used any of the "Mrs. Dash" seasoning, but it's all sodium free! So we do a lot of chicken with those seasonings as well! Love it! :) Meat balls are another fun one to make in the crock pot as well!
