I fit into my size 8 Express jeans today. I kept them from October 2009. It took 6 years..and I'm going to surpass even that! Whoo Hoo!

I am so excited I found Lagree Pilates! I have only taken 2 classes so far but I'm already hooked, and I am very excited to see results - hopefully after a month I'll see some. Going 2x a week should be good.

I've got 57 lbs to go to my goal weight... I'm excited to be doing it right and I'm confident I will be able to get there by November 1st, which is my goal date. My husband and I are going to go on a cruise in December if I reach my goal! Just as a treat and for motivation

I have had a feeling that was the same case here with me, but I was unsure! This definitely helps me as I am getting similar discrepencies between my Garmin FR70 HRM and my BMF. Thank you for all your hard work in making these comparisons -:flowerforyou: Greatly appreciated!

That's an excellent question and I wonder it that has been messing up my counts because I've been playing with the slider . I will contact BodyMedia support and ask them about it.

I have been noticing that the BodyMedia armband seems to be reading less calorie burn than it should.. I was wearing my heart rate monitor while doing elliptical interval training for 30 mins for the past 3 days, 2x a day, and each time, I get approximately 360 calories burned showing on my HRM, and approximately 330…

I bet that is so inspiring! Don't feel guilty because you haven't ''suffered'' to lose the weight... that just means you're doing it right  Good job & keep on going!

Awesome, I was wondering how to do it properly! The directions say you should wear it on the upper chest...and of course, that's a bit difficult with breasts. So in everyone's experience, it works properly under the breasts instead of upper chest?

I'm an officer's wife... I"ve been a MFP member for a while but also just recently got serious about losing it all. It's amazing how helpful it is to see exactly how many calories I'm consuming each day.. Looking for support and encouragement too.

Hi everyone! I'm an officer's wife AND I'm a dispatcher... mother of 3 kids.. busy busy :)

I definitely haven't given coffee up. I started using unsweetened almond milk as a ''creamer'' though - only 30 calories per cup! Because I don't like my coffee black, this almost makes it into a lattee-like smoothness, without the calories of regular milk. :drinker:

Congrats on starting :flowerforyou: This is a good place to do it! Lots of support and encouragement.

That's what my main concern is; my BodyMedia armband measures a 24-hr cycle from midnight to midnight, so when I get my workout in sometimes at 10pm, and sometimes at 2am, depending on the shift I'm working that day.. on one day it shows I didn't burn ANY calories working out, and the next that I burned 2x as much when it…

You have to pay, but if you buy it a year at a time, it's less than $5/month.. and in my opinion, totally worth it. Costs me less than the Latte I used to get! :-)

I started using the BodyMedia Fit LINK armband 10 days ago, and so far I lost the 2 pounds in a week while following the calorie intake and exercise recommendations. I am hoping to connect with others who are using it, so please add me :)

I pointed to a woman who I thought was WAY larger than me and jokingly asked my husband, "Honey, do you think I'm about her size?" And hesitated for a few moments, then said, "Well, I think your butt is smaller, but pretty much." It stung.. but it was definitely a reality check.

Hi Karen ! I got the BodyMedia Fit LINK last Thursday (3/14) and I am excited as well. I would love to have someone else using BM and MFP to share the experience with :)
