I recently read to soak your chia seeds until they gel, then blend to release the nutrients. Tried this in cereal and got too thick, kinda gross, but worked well in smoothies. they will keep you full!

55 here and struggling after 90 days. WW vet too. This site is much easier and free! But I question the nutrient goal numbers and puffed up cals burned for exercise

I refused it for a year, but when psoriasis covered 70% of my body and itching to the point of madness.PA so bad I could hardly move I had to take the risk. It really has helped and I am closely monitored. It just never dawned on me until last week that it could be the cause of my weight gain.
