Thanks guys--it's just that I was looking at my diary and realized I rarely have other sources of cholesterol and still my doc says watch the cholesterol--so I thought it might be the eggs. Sounds like it's just genetics. Oh well!

I used to snack, then I switched to coffee. Took a while, but now I can't study or do readings without a cup of coffee next to me. 0 calories!

Probably alot of people on here weren't meeeting their nutritional requirements before joining either, and at least now are taking steps to making healthy changes. I say kudos. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Did you try reading french woman dont get fat? It's quite entertaining and has tons of really good ideas about how to eat in the city of lights (or anywhere) without putting on weight.

I eat a carb at dinner every night--potatoes, rice, pata, whatever. I lost 13 pounds last month. As long as you stay under your calories it won't matter, and 1 day slightly higher is not going to ruin your life.

I read this very interesting study in which they reported that when trying to acheive any goal, you should keep it to yourself and you'll be more likely to accomplish it. Did mexican last week. Seems like the best thing to do is get chicken fajitas and just eat the meat, guacomole, veggies, and pico de gallo. Some chain restaurants to skinny margaritas with only a 100 calories (chevy's def does). It's really not that bad.

brussel spouts are crazy good! cut 'em off the stalk. Steam them till crispt. Then add them to a sautee pan with some cut up turkey bacon, garlic, and a little oil. Sautee them till crispy and delcious.

I love all the just dance for wii and Zumba is also a crazy burn. I am so sore in my back muscles after zumba.

not in oil--in a nonstick pan. Like, how crispy bacon has less calories than uncrispy bacond or how cooked sausage is lower in calories than uncooked sausage. (in weightwatchers, cooked sausage used to be less points than uncooked--who is eating sausage raw??)

I'm with en papillotte--but you can do in it in silver foil if you don't have parchment. I put fish in with olve oil, garlic, lemon slices, capes, olives. numnumnumnum

Hey--I'm 5'5 and at my skinniest (139) my mom--a nurse--told me she was worried about me and I looked like a cancer victim. I did. I think for me If I get below 145 it's pretty scary. Maybe I really am bg boned?? lol

I've actually read scientific research on the opposite--eating the same thing stops cravings and overeating (maybe because you forgot what everything else tasted like?!?!?). I'm sure that as long as you are meeting nutritional goal it shouldn't matter.
