30 pounds to lose in NYC

I never log my exercise
I'm a New Yorker and I walk constantly, often several miles a day. I never log this, because I don't really feel like it's exercise and I don't want to be tempted to eat the calories. However, I see people logging walking all of the time. Anyone else choosing not to log their "walking" as exercize? What's working for…

Eggs abd Cholesterol
Hi everyone--wondering how often you guys eat eggs. I have cholesterol in the normal but high normal range, if that makes sense, and have been told to watch my cholesterol for the future. Jillian Michaels 30 day exercize routines
Are any of these good? I saw the Ripped in 30 and the 30 day shred on sale, and was wondering if any one has used them with results. I should also say I work full time and go to night school 3 days a week, so anything I do has to be fast and worth it (I was thinking of doing the Insanity 20 minute dvd). Thanks!

hey guys--anyone drink v8 fusions? I had one for breakfast on the go this morning and really enjoyed it--plus I stayed full till lunch. Are they really good for you? Does anyone else use them for a meal? What flavors do you like?

cooking cold cuts to make them healthier?
Hi everyone--I was wondering if frying cold cuts like salami or pepperoni in a non-stick pan reduces the calories from rendering out all the fat. Basically, I'm wondering if I'll ever eat sopresatta again. Please help!

I AM STARVING
Hi everyone. Just wondering what you guys munch on when for absolutely no reason you are starving! I had breakfast and lunch, then snacked on about a half cup of steamed broccoli rabe, then a peice of toast with a babybel cheese on it, and I am still ravenous! Any ideas for some low-cal filling snacks?? Much appreciated.
