  • I am a great lover of these exercises. I think running,jogging and walking all are best exercises for fitness. I like to do these exercises everyday. To maintain weight these exercises are perfect for everyone.
  • Swimming is a wonderful cardio exercise for freshness and fitness. I think everyone should try to do swimming everyday. For getting swimming training and many training programs just join my boot camp because i am a personal trainer and i have my own training institute.
  • I like to do cardio exercise for weight lose. Cardio exercise is very useful for weight lose and i have reduced lot of weight with regular cardio. This is my suggestion for everyone to do cardio.
  • It is very important to have a goal for weight lose because without having a goal it is very difficult to reduce weight. Exercise is best thing to reduce weight so it is important to have a good workout plan.
