I weight myself at the beginning of my weightloss journet every 10 days to two weeks, this gradually went up to nearly daily. I felt obsessed and I am an emotional weigher, if there isn't (enough) loss, I feel bad and discouraged. That's me. Not helpful, I know. Anywho, now I am back to once a week.

Just my personal opinion, but maybe if you want to lose very quick, you are only focused on the quick loss, not really about healthy or sustainable. Hi. I do IIFYM in the moment and only eat back some of the calories if I have a massive burn (over 1000 cals) I log all burns just because I like to know them. At iicym you are not supposed to eT back, but my calories are on 0.8 insted of 1, so doesn't matter if every now and then I go over.

Well, if you don't mind using so much of your calorie intake for a tea, up to you. I'd use the 400 on a salad with egg and chicken slices or a wrap with scampi and lettuce or a ceasars salad or a sandwich with peanut butter and jam or a proper ice cream with fruits ... ... off to the kitchen...

You might try to eat smaller portions but more often. So instead of two or three very big meals 6 or six small ones.
