If something sounds too good to be true it certainly is

There is - Whey - Soya - Pea - Rice - Hemp - mixed ones Whey normally dissolves best. Soya is my choice as I am lactose intolerant. Pea protein for me is the most terrible tasting one. Rice is ok-ish. Hemp never tried as not too much Protein compared to Whey or Soya. I now found a lactose free Whey one. Love it too.

Between 400 and 500 normally. But everybody is different. An HRM would tell you more accurately

I love walking/hiking as well. But one question - how is it possible to get a heart rate of 150 from walking? If I walk normal I now dump around 105, quick walking gets me to 115 to 120. Only a hike with a good incline gives me 130 to 140. Walking down from the hill my heart rate plunges down to 95. What are you doing to…

Did you try Protein shakes? There are some with up to 97% Protein. So with 25 or 30g you can get 24 to 28g of Protein. Whey, Soya, pea, hemp, rice based shakes available (pea is horrible)

Swimming is really great. You move your whole body and your joints thank you too :-) But. Unless you where swimming like a dolphin all the 80 min you are not anywhere close the 1200. Specially as you described it yourself as leasure swimming. If I swim for 45min and I am considering my swimming as training not leasure AND…

Just an experience - mmr gave me 663 burned cals for a power walk - HRM gives me 320 Mmr gives me 1250cal for a 9 km walk - hrm gave me 645cals An app doesn't give you anything close to reality for burned calories. If you compare the numbers above not even an educated guess. Just sayin'

Finally something about the topic!

I hear you!!! Shin splints all over the place. Pain in my tibia muscle after 100m. No matter what I try. Changed running style, shoes, speed, stretching, etc. Pain is here. I had one f***ing single day without any pain. I want to run, I don't mind breathlessness, tiredness, sweat, doms etc, all normal part of the process.…

Wow. Actually if I would have that body, the only thing I would do is handing the guys over the mop to clean up their own dribble. **** the BMI. Very very jealous.

This is great. I am 10% smaller than I think I am and have the perfect hourglass figure. Day saved.

Found you  Well, exciting food journal. Cereals, salad and salad and some fruit. Maybe get some information about macros and how healthy eating should look like. Just a suggestion. And yea, log Alcohol. Tons of calories.

Welcome to the exiting world of "muscle-suck-up-water-after-training-just-to-make-you-feel-really-really-****y" As you suggested yourself, you can't gain 3lbs over night in fat, but water can. And it does. Happened to me last Sunday. Sunday heavy lifting training, Monday morning 3.2 lbs more. Great for a Monday. Was gone…

I was wondering the same last time I saw "Obese. One year to save my live" Unfortunately they never show anything about the food they eat, but I presume it is carb cycle. They do 4-6 h of workout every day I don't have time for this. Secondly, this is just something you can't keep doing for the rest of your life. And as a…

We really should have "Like" buttons here! Well done, very well done. But I would REALLY think hard about giving a reward for finding the double chin again

Thank you all so much :smooched: It is a great feeling to buy one new piece in a smaller size, and I can just recommend it to anyone. Well, I don't think I will ever fit into a xxxs. But a uk size 12 or 14 would be great. First next goal however is UHU (Under HUndred) And you are all doing so well too :flowerforyou:

Well, first of all: You will not gain, or only very little, muscle mass while on a deficit. What you are actually doing with weightlifting while on a deficit is you prevent your body from taking the energy from your muscle tissue but from your fat cells. You might lose some muscle mass as well, but this is something you…

Great! I'm the same. No clue if and what the loss really was, before I put the pictures side by side. I always say, I'm changeblind. But seems to be pretty common. Really great work :flowerforyou:
