THIS!! Nothing wrong with 1800 to 2000 cals, depending on your workout. I eat this amount and I am losing, and so do loads of other people. Maybe you need to adjust your macros a bit. But if you look in the mirror and feel good and happy, don't worry about the scale and keep a healthy diet and exercise.

I don't think that vegan is the healthiest way. The human body is composed to eat a big variety of food. All vegans I know do it for ethical reasons. None of them for health reasons only. I do believe that many people eat too much meat and not enough fruit and veg. Try vegetarian instead. If you don't want to eat meat.

Last Sunday after finishing my first power tone class (60 min), a lady came over and said: This was your first class, or? I nodded. Ditch the coffee and get some high carbs into your body before the workout. Bananas are great there. You need energy to do a workout for that long. Well, kind of. But then any ice cream is, really :laugh: For me it is the best option due to my lactose intolerance. Oh it also can be done with bananas. You need to cut a very ripe banana in small pieces and freeze them before you can do the ice cream.

In general, if you are fighting for no matter what, you have to ask yourself: is it worth fighting for. If you come to the conclusion it is not, then don't put any energy into that fight, as you will need it for another one.

Your current BMI is 19.65 - which is already pretty low. With 95 pounds it would be 18.3 - worse. No suggestions about loosing weight from me at this point. But I too can only advise on a doctor visit

Well you would need to describe what you call a proper dinner. My dinners have between 500 and 800 cals - my lunches 400 to 600. I have no idea how you are able to eat three meals and snacks and be under 900 cals. Unless you log incorrectly.

Hi after around 12 pounds, but not for the weight loss, this was for the change of my skin in my face. After around 15 kg (round 32 pound) people started to tell me. But I have much to lose, so that's why it probably took a while. I also think, some people just don't mention it, but still would recognise. :-)

Hi. I have an FT7 and I use it for swimming. No problems. Use it for all my gym workouts as well (And yes, it is best used for steady cardio)

Actually it is not that bad. You will get a sedative and whatever you remember will be more like the remembrance of a dream. And it is not really humiliating. Just be thankful for the opportunity :-)
