well, if its working for you, then i dont see a problem. I have a friend who takes it to help with depression. All supplements and drugs have side effects, so if you arent having a problem and you hink its helping i say go for it

well, what do you consider high fat? i would recommend QUESTbars. they have 20g of protein and 200 cals. they arent the worst tasting things either, my brother loves them. Whatever you pick, make sure ur getting a protien bar and not an energy bar which usually ends up being mostly sugar

for milkshakes, i use a chocolate protien powder and blend it with water and ice, add a bit of vanilla flavor to it and it helps get rif of the chalky taste, i make them all the time! sometimes i add a little sugar free jello. it makes it more creamy

i would take it as a good sign though, it shows that even when u were heavie you still saw beauty in yourself. so glad that your doing the hard work and feeling better! cant wait for pics :)

im a huge fan of stir frys! lots of veges and then chichen, fish, or tofu! not to hard to make and really good for you if you dont use oils

add a protien shake! when you wake up make onne or get the ready to go ones (slimfast or something)

if you are worried, although i see no reason to be. add workouts, dont decrease food to below 1200. try adding more weight training, muscle will boost your metabolism :)

hi! im new too! and i had the same reaction when i realized how much i was eating! my portions were totally out of control! ive added tons of vegis to my diet to fill up on while i try and ajust my stomach to eating less. im adding you as a friend! feel free to message me any time :)

i eat more veges then i know what to do with! lol, i cut out all cooking oils, i use pam only very lightly. i drink a top of crystal light beverages, what are some of your favorite or go to foods? maybe i can give you some recieps that have lower cals

if you are always finding yourself craving sugar try freezing berries. I always buy huge things of rasberries and blueberries and stick them in my freezer. if your already over today it wont help but i find it really helps me stay away from the surary snacks. as for the rest of the day, try fruit smoithies and add a scoop…
