Spin vs Stationary bike... which is the best calorie burn
I have no knee or back problems, so what do you guys think is the better calorie burn? what is better for the per minute workout, and if you use both which do you find tires you out faster and which are you able to use for longer periods of time

lesser of two evils
sodium and artificial sweeteners get a bad rep, and while there is merit to it, sometimes I feel like they are the lesser of two evils. My health issue is weight, and as such I would rather have something lower in calories and higher in salt, and if i am craving something sweet I would rather bake with Splenda then sugar.…

While I have some people who are very supportive of me trying to get healthy, one of my best girl friends isnt. She always tells me to "just have one" or tries to get me to drink or go out to eat. How do you guys handle it when people arent supportive of your efforts? Its not like I can completely cut friends and family…

I am always feeling to tired to workout. i got to school, yes even during summer im taking classes and i work where im sedetary the whole time. I always feel to tired to workout. Have any of you had any luck with pills or supplements?

I am looking to purchase a machine for my home, im not yet comfortable working out in front of people. i dont want to spend to much, but i know that i get what i pay for. what is everyones go to machine (specific model if you know it). and if you own your own why did you pick that one?

Hello, im new to this, its my first day! i currently weigh 145 and my goal is 110. I am 5 foot and female. I used to weight about 120, but then i had major surgeyr and was bed ridden for a whiole and gained a bunch of weight :( any tips would be great! like i said im new to this, so add me as a friend :)
