OMG. What a douchenozzle.
-
Ah you beat me. I was doing my boyfriend's and I fininshed at 10:23.
-
That is amazing. A great way to start my day after a couple of really crappy days. Congratulations!
-
I notice you typed "buy" instead of "by." Are you trying to tell us something?
-
So being thin = gay? Well that is certainly good to know. People are really idiotic sometimes.

Had one last night. Delicious, satisfying crunch. Mmmm Pickles. Oddly enough, I only like them on their own. I always take the pickles off any sandwich/burger that has them and eat them by themselves. As to the question, I am no expert, but for me pickles are a great snack. I am not really watching sodium and they are low…

No. But the really concerning thing to me is how many people follow her. I noticed in the article she has no credentials, and is a self proclaimed diet "guru." (Beware of anyone who proclaims themself anything, let alone a guru.) They also pointed out that eating that amount of bananas can jack up your kidneys. So…

And you beat me to it regarding PKU. I was going to also point out that it is by no means only diet pop. Phenylalanine in present in soooo many different food products "such as meat, chicken, fish, eggs, nuts, cheese, legumes, milk and other dairy products" according to the Mayo Clinic. And starchy foods too. I did a…

Lol. I like that. I should post "Don't be a dumbass" on my wall.
-
Good for you. I truly wish you the best.
-
You're my new hero. Mmmm cheesecake.
-
I get really hungry right before....and then don't want to eat anything for the first two days of TOM. So it offsets, right?
-
Reminds me of all those 2 AM trips to Taco Bell for fourth meal, which in my case should actually be called "I am too drunk meal".
-
Then leave. What a useless, unhelpgul, and irrelevant comment. Well done. Oh, sorry. That wasn't a helpful complement.

It doesn't really stress me out. I find the fluctuations kind of interesting. Granted my weight is trending down weekly, and if it was going the other way I might feel differently. But as some of the people on MFP like to point out, it's just a tool. One way to track progress but certainly not the only (or best) way.

34.5 since early January, 20 since joining MFP. A long way yet to go, but the progress is definitely encouraging.

Me too. I want to do fun stuff with my son and not feel tired or gross or self conscious. And good old fashioned spite. To shove it the faces of the haters...this may not be "healthy", but it works for me.

Filthy, disgusting lies.
-
Mmmm. They sound good.
-
You look great! Congrats!

I blame myself, not only for getting to where I am, but also for putting myself in situations that cause me to overeat. For example, my BF can eat...a lot. And the demented part of my brain says "you can eat the same way he does." No, brain, no. I don't blame my parents, but they do have some messed up eating habits. My…

Props to the people who are "clean eating," but just know it is not the only way. If it is too intense for you (or just don't want to/unable to commit to do it, like me) you can still lose weight without clean eating. I'm down 33 pounds (total) from my highest and I haven't cut anything out of my diet, just reduced…

Lake County here!

Down one pound for April so far! And starting to enjoy my strength training again...
-
I kind of just stumbled into it myself. I don't care for breakfast either and was apparently doing a 16/8 intermittent fast without knowing it. It wasn't until reading some of the posts on MFP that I realized what I was doing had a name. It seems to work for me thus far. I agree with what most everybody has said, listen to…

Between 8:30 and 10 at night for me. Post toddler bedtime.
-
I had exactly this experience with my BF.
-
I keep hearing this on this website and I have no idea where the people that say it live, but where I live, there are no fat "arses" shaming people about being healthy. Regardless, the world would be a better place if everyone STFU.
-
Been there. I'm down thirty pounds from my very heaviest and I don't think anyone has made a comment yet. But that is okay, because I have a lot more to go and it is about me, not them. But it is still irritating that even my family hasn't said anything.

Lol...I swear every other day on Yahoo health or whatever they call it, they have this kind of contradicting information. One day eggs will kill you, the next day they make you live forever. I just don't care anymore. I'll do what I want, see how it affects me, and go from there.
