Ive been engaged for about two years but we are finally setting a date for may 2015! I originally started my weight loss journey just to be happier with myself but now I also want to look amazing on our day! I don't even want to start dress shopping until I lose about 30 more pounds lol!

Sw 174 Cw 166.8 Total gw 135 May goal weight 161.8 Last month was not good to me, I only lost about 3.5 pounds. But now I am back on track!

I haven't done p90x3 but I'm finishing t25 beta right now. Its a lot of jumping which is hard on your knees and ankles. Sure you can follow the modifier but I don't feel like I'm getting avgood workout that way. That being said I don't think I'm going to do gamma. I'm getting bored with the workouts and I'm ready to branch…

Sw was 174 Sw for April was 170 Cw 167.0 on the 21st. I was honestly shocked to see a loss this past week with how much I had been eating! Also what are we considering to be the start of summer?

I have stretch marks too:/ I think they have faded more with weight loss and getting some sun but I'm really more concerned about the sagging skin. Its like the more weight I lose the saggier my tummy gets. Its discouraging

I was 168.4 on 4/13/14 And I started the month at 170.0 so I'm doing alright

I saw a reflection of my thighs in my laptop while I was starting my workout video, and they didn't look half bad. Felt good to be able to look at part of my body without hating myself for once!

I think I was 170.8 last week. I started about 3 weeks ago at 174, and I am currently 169.6

I want in! I'm 5'7" and I'd like to ultimately lose 45 pounds but I definitely want to get in on this goal! My classes end April 28 but I don't consider summer to start until around June. 20 lbs is totally doable !

Just finished alpha phase today. I've lost 4 pounds and 3 inches around off my stomach. Definitely feeling stronger and more toned.

Omg yes. Everything we do, we do it on our toes! Lol I love it but it can be really hard on my ankles. I have to do the modified for some of the moves otherwise I'm in pain for weeks

I'm finishing alpha phase tomorrow! Only lost 4 pounds butttt I lost 3 inches on my waist. I'm excited to start beta. Don't know if I will.do gamma or not, depends on my results from beta. Wish I lost more weight but I'm definitely more toned. Add me!

5'7" 21 years old Sw: 174 Cw:170 Gw: 140ish? I'm eating 1450 calories a day and doing t25. My goals are to lower my bmi and ultimately get it into the low 20's and just be happier with my body.
