My kids turned me on to dance/electronica. Afrojack, Tiesto, David Guetta, Swedish house mafia, stuff like that. Really good for fast paced running!!

I guess its not really a cheat day, Saturdays I do long bike rides 4-5 hours and burn a ton of calories so I eat pretty much all day afterwards. But I still dont consume all of my exercise calories.

Exactly! Nothing better to change your mind than to see the calorie count right in front of you. Then grab a bottle of water and pretend.

Agree! My first Triathlon was a reverse one and on the bike leg I saw people on beach cruisers, mountain bikes and everything in between. Smooth tires and a tuned bike and you're good to go. Go out and have a blast but be warned, they are addicting!
