  • When I first started out I used the treadmill and then I got bored of it and went on to the elliptical then stairmaster and now I'm into the arc trainer. I dont have a favorite.   • I also have a sauna and steam room at my gym and I use the sauna after working out. I let out more sweat which someone told me is good because u sweat out all the bad juices from ur body.   • If I am invited out to eat with friends I ask where we are going. Then when I find out I go online and look up the restaurants nutrition information and decide what is best within my calories left for the day. It helps a lot :)
