How often are people going out to eat? I went today and got a grilled chicken sandwich n removed one of the huge buns. It came with Cole slaw n I ordered water with a lemon. After so many days of eating great, it felt kind of weird eating something I had no idea of the calorie intake. I guessed at about 550 calories. Anyone have good advice on where to eat out at and/or what to order? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance!!!

The other day I ate at Chili's and had the Monterey Chicken. It was delicious and not too bad on the calories. You can visit this website http://www.chilis.com/EN/Nutritional Information/Chilis_Nutrition_Menu_Generic.pdf and plan ahead. I decided my dinner before I left the house so I wasn't tempted to eat my usual fav (chicken crispers)

Hi, what I have done is gone online and downloaded some various restaurant chains nutrition guides, which I have checked out so I do know roughly how many calories are in some restaurant food.
When we know that we are going out to eat I pick where in advance and I pick what I am having before I leave the house!! (this also stops me looking at the yummy food in the menus and being tempted)
It sounds extreme but it has worked for me and now we can both eat out without worrying!!

I very seldom eat out. Most of those foods have way to many calories for me. Although I have been pleasantly surprised by Subway!

If I am invited out to eat with friends I ask where we are going. Then when I find out I go online and look up the restaurants nutrition information and decide what is best within my calories left for the day. It helps a lot :)
