  • I have lost 35 lbs and still wearing the same size. But I am 6'1" and my weight is distributed evenly. I have noticed clothes fitting better but I know it's frustrating when you can't buy smaller clothes yet. I have several pairs of jeans in my closet waiting on me.

  • Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce areas. So really the only thing you can do it keep losing weight and it will eventually come off those areas. My thighs are huge and it seems like it's the first place I gain weight but the last place I lose it from. Just keep trucking and it will happen.
