  • Lately I have multigrain Cheerios or rice chex (1cup) with 1/2c Chobani Greek yogurt (nonfat) and 1/4c activia vanilla flavor...mix together like a parfait! A little over 200 calories. You could add fruits (I can't have fruit) for sweetness.

  • When I would use regular latex lubricated condoms I would get little bumps that itched and would go away within an hour or so. I have to use polyisoprene condoms if we use one. Normally dont tho! Feels like a garbage bag!! Bare is best (when monogomous!)

  • It's proven working out first thing in the morning makes your body more productive with burning cals thru the day. Working out later isn't bad it's just better early in the day.
  • I have either 1/2c oatmeal. Or 1/2 of a large banana with peanut butter. Or a slice of toast with peanut butter. You need something light for energy. Wait 20-30 then workout and eat after.

  • Sugar is sugar...your body can't tell good from bad. That being said your caloric intake is what determines weight loss. Sugar can add to fat but all in all it won't prevent weight loss unless you're severely consistently over.
