I have implants so I'm pro-implants. If they make you feel better about yourself thats awesome! I got them because I just wanted to have big boobs. I'm a little biased to fake boobies as long as its a good job!!

Thanks everyone, I'm doing the 30 day shred and am on level 1. So she does crunches in that... I'm used to only doing running/elliptical and my waist shrinking! I just worry about getting a blocky muscle look (do not want that)!! I'll give it some time to see if it gets better..

It sounds like you're doing amazing! I wouldn't worry about not being sore at all. It's crazy how we rely on that feeling so we think we got a "great" workout. If you stop seeing progress then I would look into different options/routines, but keep it up :)

I don't do as much workout as you... I'm 8 weeks postpartum and started 30DS and also am not as sore as I thought I should be. I'm not sure if its because I am adequately feeding my muscles or what?! If you're still seeing results I wouldn't worry tho...

I only measure once a month, but I felt like my waist was bigger (usually after I've been working out I'll feel slimmer)...so i measured to see if it was just in my head. Nope, 1/2in bigger...

I'm only on day 4... Another thing I noticed is just in 4 days my waist measurement has gotten bigger... Why would this happen??

I just did mine and it came to 1503 (rounded up). So I take that and subtract 20%??? That would be barely over 1200... Sorry I'm confused!

I just started 30DS yesterday... I surprisingly didn't wake up sore this morning so I tried a little heavier of a weight and tried to get deeper into the squats/lunges. I just started 30 Day Shred yesterday...I surprisingly wasn't sore this morning when I woke up!! I'm going to stick with it and add heavier weights as I go (if needed). Or doing some walking/jogging at night.. Anyway I'm not much help, thought I'd help bump this!

That says I should be eating around 1900 calories and right now I eat 1590...I've been losing consistently so I'm not sure isi should keep at what I'mdoing and if I hit a plateau then do that or what...
