It depends what dr you choose because they charge differently. And location matters too!! You can get them done for as little as 2000 and over 10000! Price shouldn't make your decision, but how you feel about the dr and his work..if you get a bad job with complications it becomes pricey to fix! Luckily I haven't had any!

The BMI weight charts aren't always that accurate..I'd trust my dr telling me I'm in the healthy range rather than looking it up. Thats not really an option for me because I already have implants (their bday was the 17th lol). I think if I had more than 20lbs to lose that could significantly alter the way they look but I'm only looking to lose less than 20... I don't even have a set goal weight, I just want to feel better. Mine resting has always been 90+. When I work out it's about 197-200. My heartrate has always been high...even when I am in very healthy conditions and used to being active... My doctor says it's normal!

Green tea should be 0 cals. If the caffeine doesn't bother you then drink what you like they just say to limit yourself because it is addicting! They say drinking hot green tea is good for you nutritionally...cold isn't as beneficial. I was drinking 1-3 32oz green teas, cold with 1oz torn syrup everyday. I recently quit and have noticed a difference in my body. Te xtra caffeine makes you swell and bloat. I think 1-2cups isn't bad!

Thanks! Yeah I'm hoping to not take it even the 8weeks. I just wanted to jump start my gym going and start getting a natural energy! I take prenatal vitamins with dha (2tablets). They will make you nauseous sue to the high amounts of nutrients. I take my vitamins after I eat dinner every night.
