Yes that is a hell of a lot of B12 for such a low result. My guess would be you are not absorbing the B12 through your stomach & the B12 you do have is from the shot, which is absorbed subcutaneously (I believe is the right word). I like my men bald & bearded, unless you are Zakk Wylde :blushing: I prefer long hair on myself. I recently cut it from waist length to a bob above my shoulders to donate & I am already over it. I don't feel as attractive. Just my opinion.

Oh I like the idea of taking it an hour earlier! Drinking more water with it is a good idea too. Although when I wake up in the morning I have a hard time drinking water. Thanks everyone!
