Well here it is the last day of the month and out of 1440 minutes i have fallen short by 165 minutes. I ended up with 1275 minutes.

This is my first time doing the 24 hr challenge and so far this month: Total time spent exercising: 660 minutes/ 11 hours Total time for the month: 1440 minutes/ 24 hours Total time left: 780 minutes/ 13 hours (Lost a day due to extreme weather)

I walk every night with my husband around town and it has hills like you would not believe. But i always make it a point to stop at a certain point and take a few sips of water. I don't guzzle a whole bottle but just enough to wet my mouth and re-hydrate. If you drink to much to fast it can make you sick and feel sluggish.
