  • I have stretch marks from my kiddo, but have been using the generic version on Mederma (used Mederma first but it's expensive and the generic is basically the same but half the cost( and it has visable made my stretch marks much less noticable. I just get the generic version at Walgreens.
  • I would set yourself at light active and then follow it and see what happens. I have myself as light active and can have 1200 cal. a day, on my exercise days i do eat my calories back, but on the days I do no exercise, I actually eat about 300-400 extra calories some days I will usually keep losing. So far!!

  • Just seeing this. I'm sure you've used it by now... I got one for Christmas also and I love it!! I haven't bought the HR band or headphones yet. I"m going to soon. But I mainly wnated for GPS and music and I think it's awesome. The GPS connects almost instantly which is a big plus!

  • I might try it. I did the Red Mud run last year on a team and it was sooo fun. We came in 3rd place. It's a shorter race 5K. Our team is making it an annual thing now!
  • You should make sure you are eating what MFP tells you to eat as far as calories go. I wasn't do so and trying different things not losing. Now that I'm following it, I've started to lose again.   • instead of using cheddar cheese in mine, I've been using the garlic & herb skinny cow wedges! I just drop a dab in and drop another and so on. They don't melt and run but once I start eating you get these little burst of flavor in every bite! It is soooo yummy!

  • Agree.. be consistant and log every day. Even if it seems to get frustrating and feels like it's no fun keep with it. Eventually it will becomes habit and you will hopefully enjoy it then. I know I do! Don't get down on yourself if you are over your calories sometimes either, just get right back on track and brush it off.…

  • That's another thing. When I do my goals in MFP it tells me when I put in I work out 40 min a day 7 days a week that I burn like 1900 calories. Well. I have a HRM and I burn about 3500 a week. Therefore I'm not sure if I should change my calorie intake or what I should do. I'm alittle confused by that one!
