Hips hurt after running
Anyone elses hips hurt after they run?? Does that mean I have bad form? After I run and cool down for a few min. I really start to notice that my hips hurt. For all the women who have kiddos. They hurt like they did when I was 7-9 months pregnant. After about 20 min or so of relaxing it does usually go away. Any ideas?

Question about heart rate monitor
I have a Polar HRM and I'm wondering if I'm recording my info right on MFP. When I start my workout I start my HRM and then take my pulse about every ten minutes. Once my workout is done I stop the HRM and then record my calories it shows on MFP. Is the calories burned on my HRM not the correct # burned? I;ve read some…

I show on MFP I should have 1200 calories a day which I stay very close too. I lost 3 lbs the first week, then I added in Zumba and walking about 4-5 times a week. I always put my workouts in.
