my diet has a pretty good decent amount of fiber and i'm always over the 8 glasses of water minimum. I think I will look into the super dieter's tea. A colonic must have come to my mind from my days of watching too much mtv or vh1 about killer celebrity bodies and how they do it or something  we'll see how it goes.

avocado instead of mayo or butter is ridiculously good and well worth it.

My first week of the May 2010 challenge has not gone so well. As per my other posts, man has it been stressful. I haven't been able to get a really good workout in with exception of last night, but even then it wasn't my usual. And i've been stress snacking big time and have been over on my calories. I'm a little tempted…

trying to leave my hiccup yesterday in the past. today is definitely high stress at work. i've got to remember the root of the problem and search for different solutions. Breathe, C. Breathe!

small, attainable goals with each run. you can do more than you think. evenwhen you think you're taking your last breathe, visualize jogging 5 more steps or running to that tree ahead before you slow to a walk or if you're on a treadmill, try and go another .10 of mile before you slow for a walk. There is no shame in…

i was so disciplined before my vacation to st. thomas, everything was feeling pretty firm. i worked out every morning on vacay and ate pretty healthy for breakast and lunch but took some liberties with dinner and definitely came back with some softness in the midsection and thighs some i'm with ya, girl. I'm back to adding…

for me, daily weigh ins at the same time work. a little obsessive yes, but once a week thing makes me relax too much. actually, i used to be more obsessed (let the judgement begin now) and i used to put the scale in front of my fridge. i know. i know. i don't suggest it. it's a horrible thing to do.

as tempting as it is to go under, you can't keep it up forever. Also, by going under 1200, you're messing with your brain at that point. I say, play around with carbs vs protein and watch your sugar intake but stick with the 1200 calories.

On behalf of my grandmother who lost her battle and for those who continue to fight and have survived, that's an amazing and wonderful thing.
