I'd say do what's comfortable for you at the start, and if you aren't getting the results you want then you know you have to cut you the extra. It's a guess and check process to find what works for you.

I know, right? I'm a B right now, but I know for a fact I'm gonna be an A once I loose all this weight. That's just my family's genetics. I'm still working to loose because there are so many benefits, but I'm definitely going to miss my boobs and all the beautiful bras and clothes that go with them.

I wish it had come from my thighs! That's where most of my weight gain is sitting. My thighs and hips haven't changes at all. I have about 40 lbs to loose so it seems like 13 lbs should show at least some difference?

Oh, I'm nowhere near my goal yet! Sorry if my post was misleading. I just see people on the forums saying that low calorie diets aren't worth it because all of the weight comes right back, and I was wondering how that could happen if you eat healthy once you reach your goal. Hm, for low cal I'd say maybe 900-1000?

Dear god, that stuff would definitely need a chaser! I had it at a restaurant once and couldn't stomach more then a few sips. You might want to try it just for the experience, since it's definitely...unique. I personally don't think the health benefits are worth it, but to each her own.

Today I had a two egg omelet for breakfast, an open faced turkey sandwich and an orange for lunch, and 4 oz of tuna with spinach salad and pineapple for diner.
