  • Which ever one helps you to keep working out. Sometimes you will push harder or work out a little longer if you are in a group setting.....other times it is nice to be at home without the added travel time between home and the gym.....Good luck to you!

  • I always eat part of them back but never all of them.......the more you work out, the more calories your body needs.....

  • Don't know if it will help or not but I try to only eat half of the calories back that I burn off through exercise.....not sure what the right answer is but it is working for me and I don't feel deprived or hungry at all. Good luck and I hope you find your answers....
