  • GRILL THEM!!!!!! Brush them with a bit of EVOO a hint of garlic salt and pepper......YUM! I do eggplant, peppers, squash, onions, portabellas, you name it!
  • I actually burn fewer calories while swimming laps.....I believe it has something to do with thermogenics.....the water acts as a coolant for your body, and that means fewer calories are burned.....I usually swim when I want a workout but need a break.....good luck!

  • Woah!!!!!! It isn't good to loose too fast....slow and steady wins the race....it is healthier to lose at a moderate pace and you will be more likely to keep the weight off. It takes time to put weight onto our bodies so in turn it takes time to take it off.....Have patience and count calories in AND out! Good luck!:happy:
