Hi all

i am a new member and i have been doing healthy diet as well exercising but i am not losing much weight
my target only 25 pound i was working on it now more that 4 months i only lose 2-3 pound then i gain them back i am really tired any advice how to lose at least 10 pound a month.

    Woah!!!!!! It isn't good to loose too fast....slow and steady wins the race....it is healthier to lose at a moderate pace and you will be more likely to keep the weight off. It takes time to put weight onto our bodies so in turn it takes time to take it off.....Have patience and count calories in AND out! Good luck!:happy:

    Hey - welcome!

    Long story short - if you're trying to lose weight by losing 10+ pounds a month, that's probably where you're going wrong. It's a) not healthy to lose that much when you have so little to lose, and b) it won't work. To see why, check the sticky posts on the forums. Try cutting your ideals to 4 pounds a month (1 pound a week) and you're more likely to lose the weight in the first place.

    thanks for the advice i do not want to lose it 10 pound it would be great to lose 1-2 pound a week which is the ideal but even this i am not getting to it
