That doesnt really matter, i feel kinda bad about what i ate today and had no idea what was actually in the food or the calorie content. Its a one off, its not gonna kill you.

I don't think it matters, because you'll make up for it over time anyway. And you were only 100 over maintainence, which won't really take any effect at all since you've got a 600 cal deficeit

Get off the site for a while, you need a break. I had a problem with that as well, feeling bad every time i go over my limit even though i know that it won't make me gain weight or anything...which is why i havent started tracking again. Just eat healthy and make the right choices, but try not to track your calorie…

The normal person eats more than they burn one day, then eat less than they burn the next, who cares, 2000 cals is probably what you shouldve gotten anyway

I get fat free yoghurt cos it fits in really well with my calories and i'm practically surviving on yoghurt to get a decent amount of calcium

Stock up on dark chocolate, or go for some peanut butter. Fruits tends to do the trick for me

I don't rlly looks for energy spikes, cos it just tumbles right down for me personally... Personally, i think eating healthy/clean helps keep ur body up and going. Bananas usually work for me when I just need that spike of energy tho :)

I might do a fortnightly cheat day once i start getting used to eating clean :)

Breathe to the side, leave half of the goggles on the opposite side you're turning to in the water and make sure you get a good breath. Focus on your breathing technique. You can do drills of breathing every 2,4,6,8 strokes of 3,5,7,9.

My best mile time is only 8.40, and by that I mean I die after the mile. I dont think gravity likes me very much, I prefer to stay in the water :)

The best ive done is 1235 cals. I guess just very lean protein, corn, oats, that stuff seems to fill me up :)

My sugar levels never been right.... Sigh....too much honeydews. I eat sum if that stuff and my sugar levs go thro the roof

My friend called me "crazy" and "insane" a few times for refusing a chocolate bar she offered or some ice coffee, but they got used to it XP

I hate class parties for that reason. Usually just have sum junk food to blend in, but id sorta break a snake in half so id end up saying i had two wen i only took one XP Stupid i know, but hey, it keeps my friends from noticing :)

Hehehehe, well i had two chocolate bars and a handful for alien lollies for lunch on Friday cos of an english party and felt sick afterwards. I dont think those lollies liked me vry much XP

Agree with wat everyone else is saying, 1200 is too low. Thats wat id need to take to lose a pound a wk, but im not gonna even try... Drastically reducing doesn't do any good, i went on 900 cals a day for like 3 days....lost a lotta weight, but it wouldve been mostly water and muscle...

The ice cream looks tempting......but the other stuff looks a lil too rich
