yes, definately!! I lost 12 lbs and several inches doing it.

I don't currently work 3rd shift but I used too. I would go to the gym on my way home from work. I loved that time because at 6:30am there was almost no one there. Also my eating was opposite or normal. I would eat breakfast when I got up at 8 pm and dinner when I got home at 8 am.

I personally haven't done it but I know several people who have. They lost a ton of weight super fast and then once they started eating normally they gained every pound back almost as fast as they lost it.

No this isn't a problem. I am assuming that you are trying to lose weight therefore you are not'over eating' per se you are just making your defecit smaller, which 150 calories is not much.

8050+my 50=8100

I drink about 12-15 8oz glasses a day. I used to have trouble making the 8 glasses but then I realized how much other stuff I was drinking throughout the day. I replaced everything with water, it is literally all I drink, I don't drink soda, juice, coffee. Occasionally I will a glass of milk with breakfast but other than…

I don't really eat cereal because I find that it doesn't keep me full for very long. When I do eat it I only like CHeerios, rice crispies, corn flakes (I don't like any sugary or sweetened cereal). Special K with red berries is good too because it is a little sweeter but not coated in sugar.

I just finished it yesterday. I was tracking inches but my weight the day I started 199, at my weigh in this morning I weighed 187. I did combine it with other excerise though. So for example I used to do like 60min on the elliptical or bike but while I was doing the 30 day shred I would do that and then do 30 min on the…

I burned about 200-250 on each level depending on the day but I think it varies alot by person.

awesome!

Yes, if you are only allowed 1200 calories, you need to eat them all. 100-300 short is a lot. Also it is common to slow down after the 1st couple weeks.

Thats amazing, great job! I'm sorry about your mother, but its amazing that you were able to bet the emotional eating and reach your goal.

I have my goal set at 2 lbs a week. Some weeks I only lose 1, some weeks I lose 3. It averages out. I think what is better depends on how overweight you are and what you can be more successful doing.

What I do on the elliptical that has seemed to help to break out of my plateau is resistance intervals. So if I was planning on doing it for 60 minutes I would do for example 10 min at resistance level 8, 10 min at level 9, 20 min at level 10, 10 min at 9, 10 min at 8. I don't know if it will work for you but it helped me…

I would go by the one at home since that is the one you are going to be weighing in on more often.

I'm opposite of you, I don't want to shop.. I am down 3 pants sizes, everything I own is huge on me and I have absolutely nothing I can wear. I don't want to shop though because I am saving up all my shopping money so that when I hit my goal weight I can go on a crazy shopping spree.

Mine are going to Goodwill. I have trashbags full that I haven't gotten around to donating and now I've got 2 more sizes that need to go!
-
I always make sure I give myself enough time BEFORE my run to go. If I go before then I don't get the urge to go during.
-
I too weigh myself daily however if I see flucuation I don't let it bother me. If you are this upset about 2 lbs that you know isn't a true gain, its probably not a good idea for you to weigh in everyday.
-
Great job! That is so exciting!
-
you look amazing!! Keep up all your hard work, it is definately paying off.

My have gotten a little smaller. Before I was bustin out of my bras in need of buying bigger ones, now they fit perfect. I don't think they will ever get that small. Looking at my Grandmas, aunts, and mom...I think I am just blessed.
-
you look great!!
-
yes, you can drink too much water but it has to be an EXTREME amount. Much more that what you are drinking..
-
intereesting...thanks for sharing!

thats amazing!

I definately depends on each person. I am currently doing level 2 today was day 4. I lost 3 pounds doing level 1 but I also didn't do the 30 day shred exclusively, most days I do an additional 30 mintues of cardio. Also I have heard people say that they didn't lose or even gained weight but lost a ton of inches because…

I generally eat my before. I work out at night, usually about 7pm. I don't want to be eating all those calories back that late at night...
-
you look absolutely fabulous!

I always eat before working out or otherwise I don't have the energy to get through it. Usually, I eat, wait 1-1.5 hrs to give it time to settle and then do my work-out.
