For the first time in at least 10years...
I'm NOT obese. My "offical weigh-in" days are on Tuesday but I weigh everday to keep myself accountable. This morning I got on the scale and surprise! 1 pound under the obesity cut-off for my height. 30 more lbs and I will be in my healthy range!

30 DS--holy smokes!!
I was a little sceptical of this but I found it at Target for $9 so I picked it up. I did it for the first time today and I burned 220 calories in in the 20 minutes. And I was sweating buckets. I was impressed, can't wait to see what kind of results I get!

I have a phyiscal job. according to my HRM I burn 1800-2000 calories in my 8 hour shift. MFP has me at 1460 calories daily plus I eat 50-75% of my excerise calories. On the days that I am off from work (I work 5 days) should I be eating less calories? I still excerise but I don't burn nearly as many calories through out…

I had a banana this morning and that immediately came back up. I haven't had anything else to eat today and to be honest I'm not particularly hungry, but I feel like I should eat something. Just wondering. I have lost almost 30 lbs and I feel great, have good done 2 pants sizes and am super happy but no one has really notcied (besides my husband). I know it doesn't really matter as long as I am feeling good but external recognition is always helpful.
