I just purchased this DVD, I figured it would be a good mix-up every once in a while from my normal workout. Share your success. I wouldn't be doing this everyday just a couple days a week to shake up my regular cardio routine. Will this still be effective?

    I never did this DVD on a regular day to day basis. I always did it 2-3 days a week. It really helps build your strength up. You may not see the scale move as much due to gaining muscle but you will see the inches fall off. I saw 2-3 inches fall off my waist and hips within a matter of weeks. It's an intense DVD and I love it! Good luck!

    I did it for 60 days and have seen amazing results. I did BL bootcamp 1 0r 2 days a week with 30 ds the rest of the week. LOVE IT!!!
