How do you log the 30 day shred in your excerise??

    Circuit Training - 27 minutes will include both your warm up and cool down times
  • I only log 20 minutes of circuit training since I don't count my cool down.

    FYI, the automatic calculator on this site says that I'll burn 376 calories in 27 minutes of circuit training. When I wear a HRM during this workout on level 1 it says I've burned 310.

    I only do it for 20 minutes but 22 minutes probably works for "circuit training". You can change the amount of calories to the ones you HRM says also! I love the shred. You should try her Yoga Meltdown...its a really great one and she still gets your heart rate up to burn calories! Good luck!
