I have always been a stress eater. If I had a bad day at work I would pig out on ice cream and whatever other junk we had in the house.

So imagine my surprise recently when I started getting stressed out with work and I would get the urge to go for a run instead of eat! Craving excerise is definately a new thing for me but hey, I will take it!

    YAY!!!! I just got to the point where i no longer dispise running- I hope one day i will like you begin to turn to it as a stress relief.

    I know I'm there because I am in a time of some of the worst stress I've had in a year--my wife wrecked her bike Monday and had to have her knee surgically repaired. Normally in the past when my wife has had bad health issues--and there've been quite a few--I would automatically turn to fatty, sugary foods. Not this time. I literally have no time to exercise because it's up, breakfast, shower, hospital, work, hospital, errands, hospital, home to bed and start again the next day. Not working out four days in a row has DRIVEN ME UP THE WALL! But I have maintained a healthy diet and I really think it has helped keep the stress levels down.
