  • I've been doing this for a couple of weeks and my WHOLE family loves it! One evening spend a little prep time and make breakfast burritos! You can use whole wheat tortillas or just the regulars (just one is not bad) and egg whites or egg substitues...or again (an egg is not that bad either) - I warm the torts, spoon in the…
  • Do you have the calorie breakdown for these? Have you tried making a frozen version of these? Just curious...now that summer is here...I know I'll be tempted to have margs by the pool and would love to have a healthy alternative...well, somewhat healthy! ha! Thanks!
  • THanks for the recipes! I will have to try them out!
  • Hello all - Is there a way I can look up recipes by topic on this site? For Memorial Day weekend, I am taking dessert to a party and thought about the diet soda cake or possibly brownies. I have the cake recipe...but can you share the Brownies recipe with me? I didn't see it in my search. Thank you.

  • Good Morning! This may be old news to most of you...but I just discovered dietfacts.com and I am LOVING it! When I get invited out to eat...I always love to go and socialize but cringe because I am not sure how I'm going to log my calories. At dietfacts.com, they list restaurants and most of the menu and all you do…

  • Also, protein bars have tons of calories too. Have a couple of those a day...it will add up quick! And they are full of good stuff like vitamins, antioxidents, etc. I like LUNA smores -- and the South Beach ones are yummy too. And there's always good ole Peanut Butter!! Get the Natural kind and add honey -- YUM! and no…
  • Thank you so much for this. This is ALWAYS a challenge...but esp. for my family. I LOVE fruit and most veggies...but I have to be creative about serving them! V
  • Hey Amanda, So sorry you're having to deal with this. You know, I am an emotional eater as well. So what I have tried to do is go outside and call a friend or take a walk, listen to inspirational music that helps me know that I'm not alone in it.... try to focus on your health - more than ever. Tell yourself how much more…
  • You know -- sometimes we need to just love ourselves and give ourselves time to recover and not worry so much about what we look like. I know that's not easy...but you'v'e been through some medical stuff and just like after you have a baby, etc. we need to give our body time to heal and just focus on being "healthy" -- and…
  • I have been on this diet b4 and the only side effect I had was a little gas. It works...but just for a jump start - a couple of days no more. There are also some other soups that have very low calories but more protein. Like veggie chili - or the WW vegetable soup - YUM! If you need a recipe...just let me know. Good luck!
  • I would go to www.DWLZ.com and look it up under "restaurants" or "food list" -- and just get an average from the pizzerias. Good luck.
  • I would look up what "pizza dough" has on it's label -- or look at the pizza dough next time you're in the grocery store, And then take the calories from the Kroger pizza label and subtract what you got from the dough label. Make sense? It should be a good "guesstimate." Hope this helps.
  • These are favorites in our household! Even my 'meat and potatoes eating husband' loves them...I think I originally got these from my sister-in-law when she was on WeightWatchers. ? Very easy to make! Cheesy Vegetable Soup (1 point per cup) 2lbs of frozen veggies (or fresh) - your choice - California Medley is good 3 cans…
