Chick-fil-a breakfast of course I got everything large, then lunch from taco bell Quesadilla, Taco, Large drink...... EVERYDAY I would do this ehhhhh makes me cringe.

Because I have all my meals planned out today, and today is my rest day soooo lol.

Every Saturday night! My husband & I both have our "cheat" meal though we don't call it that, we call it a EARNED meal! We usually plan it early in the week, like this weekend we plan to go get pizza! We bust our *kitten* all week and look forward to our earned meal at the end. :happy:

Stay within your calories and you will lose weight, and watch the sodium intake because it looks like just about everyday you are OVER. Look up some healthy recipes to cut back on the calorie intake. I would suggest eating back on half of your exercise calories.
