Feeling "Stiff"?
I just finished my 2nd week of UFC Fit (like insanity just less intense with kickboxing,punching, using weights, etc.) and well I'm feeling very stiff. How can I force myself to like cardio?
Ive been lifting (which I LOVE) and only doing cardio about once or twice a week (which I absolutely HATE!) Asthma is what makes it hard for me :/ Any tips for making it enjoyable?

I'm new so I don't really understand this whole thing. After my daily calories, and after I workout, do I need to eat back those calories? I'm trying to lose weight and burn fat soooo.. :/ Help please! lol.

I've recently gotten into lifting, and just wondering if I need to do cardio? My goal is to lose fat, I have asthma though so running is a bit hard for me. Any suggestions for this?

Just curious, say I worked my back and biceps for about 30 mins doing different things with 15 lb weights....how can I tell how much I'm burning?

Drinking too much water?
I recently started drinking OVER a gallon of water a day, someone at work saw me drinking water so much and said that drinking that much isn't good for me? Might be a silly question but, can someone explain to me what drinking this much water will do and the benefits? Thanks :)

Lifting weights and scale not moving much..
Ive been lifting weights now 5 days a week for about 3 weeks with cardio about 3 times a week and Ive only lost about 2 lbs. Is this normal? I do feel like my clothes fit better but what can I do to move the scale? :/ Can someone share some tips, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
