ALWAYS push yourself

As I came home from a long day at work yesterday, I was exhausted and tired and just wanted to lay around on the couch. But in the back of my mind I knew I had to get my workout in. I started out doing my workout (which is UFC Fit) and the whole time I hated it but I continued to push myself because Mike, the trainer on the DVD, was telling me the whole time how bad do you want it? I want it bad and I'm not giving up no matter how bad it hurts and sucks, and by the end of my workout I felt FANTASTIC!!!
Always push yourself, always get your workouts in no matter how tired you feel. I promise the satisfaction of giving it your all and getting it done is worth it more than sitting there and your body staying the same.
Stay focused, stay motivated, and keep your eye on the prize!

I'll agree with pushing yourself in each WORKOUT, but to keep doing them one just needs to be habitually CONSISTENT. Almost anyone can push hard in the moment..............................................it's just making sure that moment is there.

I admire you, I cannot make myself go to the gym after work. I wake up at 6AM and make myself go beforehand so I can't slack off.0

I agree it's great to be consistent and try to develop good habits, but I think for some people, including myself, a bit of moderation is good to prevent burnout. Going every single day without rest isn't necessarily good, physically or mentally.
That said, I'm glad to see you're committed to your goals and meeting them. Keep on, keepin' on!0 -
You are so right! Ive been in situation like that! I never miss a workout and if I do I will be at the gym for 3 hours next day! Feels good to do it though (endorphins lol) your so right!0
