Should I worry about getting too much protein?

I go over on my protein sometimes, should I worry too much?

Goodness no, and if you're using the automatic guidelines, protein goals are actually a bit low.

I have almost the same problem: I am at my limit now for protein and sodium, but with that said, I am about 50% UNDER my suggested caloric intake, fat is about 30% under, sugar is also about 50% under my 'limit'.

If you're using MFP's defaults, you should consider that a minimum to reach, not a maximum to stay under.

Protein and fat macros are meant to be minimums, and I find MFP sets it pretty low to begin with. I get 130-150 g per day.

I have blown my protein goal every day that I have logged my food intake... on the other hand, my carbs are always lower than the recommended values, but I feel great, my energy levels are great and I am dropping weight consistently, so I don't worry about it.

I also come from Eastern European stock where a high-protein diet is fairly normal, so the low carb route for me works...

It looks like you are set for only 69-75 g of protein, so goodness no, I wouldn't worry about going over if your settings are at that level.

I set mine at 135 or so and still sometimes go over..I never worry about it.
